I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful with advice on local transportation. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-equipped, especially the bathrooms. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Initially, the hotel was a bit challenging to locate, but once found, the stay was worth it!

That it was a bit difficult to find the hotel initially and some help with directions would have been appreciated. Another issue was that some of our food and drinks were thrown away from the fridge even though we had marked them with a blue dot, which was frustrating.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. The common spaces were really convenient, especially the kitchen where it was possible to have meals with family. The location was very convenient, as it was a short walk to the station and it was possible to have a day trip to Osaka.

It was a bit hard to find initially, so some help from staff would have been helpful. , there were some issues with the food and drinks in the refrigerator being tossed away even though they were marked with a blue dot.
